Still going strong!

Happy to say that I woke up on time this morning. :) I had another skinny day today until I put my scrubs on at work. They are entirely too big and falling off of me. I think it's time to invest in some smaller ones. I have been holding off because I plan on loosing a lot more weight and don't want to keep buying scrubs. I guess it's what has to be done. At least I'm not buying a bigger size right? I think it's a good problem to have.

My inner thighs were killing me all day. I just kept saying, "YESSSS" (in my napolean voice) Jenn and I kicked butt at the track tonight. We decided it was time to kick it up a notch and jog a bit longer. So we walked 1/4 of the lap and jogged the other 3/4. We did that for 4 laps and then made a full cool down lap. It was definitely tough tonight. I didn't think I was going to make it the last 2 times of jogging. I kept telling myself, "I want to be skinny, I want to be skinny." Of course I only thought that, I couldn't say it out loud because I could barely breath. But I DID IT! I really worked up the sweat. :) I think Jenn could go longer but I appreciate her sticking next to me. Thanks Jenn.

I was really hungry today. I might need to eat more now that I'm working out. I'll need to find out the best thing to eat. Time for some research.

All I had to drink today was water and an ice tea with 3 splenda's

  1. You rock it girl :) I'll always stick by your side! And please keep in mind that it's not a huge workout so you don't want to add too much food to your diet! maybe another healthy snack or a slightly bigger lunch or breakfast? We'll keep on keeping on (in my best Joe Dirt Voice) until we're skinny bitches!
